5 weeks on-line support of a nutritional therapist through a closed Facebook group.

Mental health and body image program

Membership in an on-line closed Facebook group
5week on-line support from our experts including nutrition/exercise/mindfulness, opportunity to share and discuss your progress and questions with the other members of the group.
After the 5 weeks the FB account stays opened to the group members for further support and discussion without the contribution of the bewell program experts.
