Paths to Well-Being - 4-week workshop

January 20, 2018

Find your way to balanced life you deserve. It’s in your hands.

Happiness and well-being will not be just handed to us. Fulfilling and harmonious life is in our hands, we need to take action, “make that time” that nobody will just give us. Yet, everybody’s path to the balanced life might be different.

Find your own in a set of 4-week workshop courses including themes like nutrition, breathing, meditation, creativity, psychosomatics, exercise etc.

The purpose of these workshop courses is to provide you with some basic knowledge on the lifestyle topics, to open a discussion and to inspire you to find the path or a combination that best suit you. In every course we will also give you specific practical tools and exercises and we will encourage you to include them into your life, during and after the course. To fully feel and embody the change, knowledge must be accompanied with practice. The courses will be lead by our experts in individual areas who will be available for further mentoring. As in a community there is support and power, each course will also have a closed Facebook group for the participants of the course and the teacher to further discuss or share questions, concerns and achievements.

Courses will take place in the Studio Namaste, Nebusice, on Fridays, 1.00 p.m. - 2.30 p.m.
(please check the exact dates bellow).
